"Stephanie Brookes is a rather unlikely spiritual guru ... Written in a chatty style with references to stilettos, make-up and shopping trips, reading Stephanie’s book is like gossiping with a psychic friend." - The Daily Express

"A fabulous introduction to modern spirituality for today's savvy young woman. A must read!" - Jacky Newcomb, bestselling author and paranormal experiences expert

What would it take to bring a little bit of modern magic into your everyday life? In How to be a Spiritual Goddess, Stephanie Brookes demystifies spirituality and reveals the first steps to understanding what it can do for you.

From aura reading and stress-busting meditation techniques, to consulting your spirit guide or finding your soul mate, this essential guide helps you discover exciting new ways to connect to the world around you. Using the handy ‘how to’ exercises you can instantly incorporate spiritual practices into your busy life. After all, spirituality often has to be fitted in between a work deadline, a date and shopping with friends – and that’s exactly the way it should be.

Stephanie Brookes is one of the youngest authorities in the Mind, Body & Spirit arena.  She writes the Destiny column for the teenage publication Bliss Magazine (http://www.mybliss.co.uk/destiny/detail?id=9627) and she is shortly to acquire her own online weekly ‘Ask Stephanie’ column within Bliss Destiny to advise on the readers' spiritual and spooky dilemmas. Her work with the magazine has proven so popular that it is now the 3rd most-viewed channel on the site and she has been asked to do a live web chat.

A natural communicator, Stephanie regularly features on radio, TV and online including ITV’s This Morning, BBC Radio 2, BBC London 94.9FM, Talk Sport, Talk Radio USA, PS Magazine podcast, Bliss Destiny web chat, amongst others. She is also a prolific contributor to magazines and in March 2006 scooped the award for Best Contributing Writer for her work at Vision Magazine. In addition, her opinions on spiritual issues for younger people have been published in Bliss, Spirit & Destiny, Fresh Living.com, Handbag.com, Health and Fitness Magazine, B Magazine, The TFT Magazine, Company Magazine, Daily Express, The Sentinel, the Daily Mirror...to name a few.  She appeared on the front cover of the Daily Express in 2006 with an accompanying double page feature. Stephanie self-published her first spiritual novel at 24, Some Silent Hero, the first part of a trilogy, which has sold over 1,000 copies to date. Two further books have been published under Spiritual Philosophy: ‘Maitreya’ and ‘Stepping Stones’. Pro-active in PR and the promotion of her books, Stephanie organised book signings all over the country, and was one of the first authors to do an all-day book signing at Stansted Airport.
