Areas of specialism: real life stories (including nostalgia and misery memoir), true crime and politics.  Ellee combines journalism, ghostwriting and PR and has a particular interest in and understanding of politics.

Ellee started writing her first regular newspaper column at the age of 16, trained as a cub reporter with EMAP and qualified as a journalist with the National Council for the Training of Journalists. She worked on newspapers in the Eastern Region and one of her articles is included in The Newspaper Handbook, a training guide for journalism students, as an example of best practice.  Ellee now runs Cambridgeshire based ProActive PR as well as pursuing book projects.  She has an excellent nose for a story and ability to communicate.

Ellee has a particular interest in politics, having acted as Conservative Eastern Region Press Officer during the 2005 General Election and 2009 Euro Election when she managed the election campaign website, promoted candidates with the regional media, and took photos and recorded election campaign videos. She provides media training and guidance for politicians and candidates, including crisis management on a 24/7 basis whenever she is needed in an emergency. Ellee worked closely with Conservative candidates for the 2010 General Election and also assists with speech writing and presentation, experience which gives her sound credentials for ghosting political memoirs.
