'Many dismiss glamour fiction as ‘Jackie Collins-esque’ and label it throwaway (at best); Moore’s debut novel is a formidable opponent to that theory. Her lyrical writing – strong, well-paced and confident – weaves a tale of love, lust and betrayal that challenges traditional notions of the family and social dynamics. Moore isn’t afraid to be bold, and tackles difficult subjects such as incest with sensitive skill.'

'An intricate family saga spanning several generations of a wealthy Irish family whose deep secrets and family feuds lead to an exciting and explosive murder mystery. A fast-paced novel with surprising twists and turns that leaves you guessing to the very end' - The Irish Post

‘Sexy, fast-paced and deliciously dark, RSVP is bursting with intrigue and glamour. I found it utterly addictive!’ - Sasha Wagstaff

One of six children, Tara Moore was born in Kildare but spent her formative years in the Middle East, returning with her family in her late teens. Tara always harboured a passion for writing but that was initially eclipsed by her passion for music, dancing and unsuitable boyfriends. Trading Dublin for London, Tara embarked upon a series of temporary jobs and even more temporary men. She recalls doing her own bit for the United Nations, with boyfriends from France (a singer), Spain (a bullfighter), Saudi (a minor royal prince who did a nice line in Tiffany’s), and Algeria (a doctor in a famous rehab clinic, who needed rehab himself). She finally settled down with her first husband, a very charming, good looking Spanish-Moroccan with whom she had absolutely nothing in common except a fiery temperament.Nevertheless, that marriage produced two sons and a cat. It ended in 2000.

In 2005, Tara, together with her sons (and the cat) moved to the beautiful harbour town of Ramsgate, on the East Kent coast.Shortly after, she met the love of her life, Dr David Moore. They were married in Sorrento in April 2008.
