When you think of great marketing success stories, you think Innocent, Pret, Molten Brown, The Mini, etc. All started with just a basic idea and have become some of the largest companies in the world. What if your company could capture the secret formula of that success and make it your own? What if you could hear first hand how these business leaders brought their dreams to fruition? What if you could learn how to use their proven marketing techniques to grow your business? Well, now you can!
Introducing MARKETING MATTERS, the only marketing book which features some of the most popular business people from the most successful brands to educate and inspire you through their stories, experience, and guidance. Marketing expert Kimberly Davis (The Apprentice 2009) created MARKETING MATTERS to help protect you from The Marketing Flash, Fluff and Fakers and show you how to turn your marketing programme into a profitable money making investment. Aimed at start-up or growing businesses, or those who are thinking of starting their own business, MARKETING MATTERS will feature some of the most successful entrepreneurs including Robert Senior (CEO, Saatchi Saatchi Fallon Group), Sarah Halton (CEO, Molton Brown), and Rene Carayol (Board of M&S, Pepsi, etc.). Their success stories are guaranteed to inspire you and Kimberly’s guidance will ensure that you have the tools and resources to take your business to the next level.
Kimberly Davis recently appeared on The Apprentice on BBC1 and has worked in radio, television, music, and theatre her entire life. She has vast exposure to the media and is very familiar with how to conduct herself in interviews on television, radio, etc.. She is an educator and marketing expert by profession - training courses, professional speaker, etc. She understands how to market and promote products as well as how to communicate well to an audience.
Kimberly is currently working with Rene Carayol (who has worked with Richard Branson, Bill Clinton, etc) and is quickly becoming one of biggest up and comers on the speaking circuit. She is putting together a collection of speeches in which she helps individuals and businesses take leaps forward instead of baby steps. This personal brand ties in wonderfully to the Marketing Matters brand.
Kimberly now runs her own London based marketing consultancy, Sarsaparilla, where she pioneered the concept of Marketing Purification - the process of helping companies increase profits and productivity by cleansing their marketing activities and protecting them from unqualified marketers. She refers to these time and money wasters as The 3 F’s: Flash Fluff and Fakers.
